Notes of importance:
SEDAR+ is available around the clock on weekdays, including Canadian holidays. Occasionally, between 11:00 p.m. E.T. and 7:00 a.m. ET, system maintenance may be conducted. System maintenance is routinely conducted at various periods on weekends.
SEDAR+ will be expanded to be available during weekends as well once the rollout has been completed.
SEDAR+ operates on Eastern Time (ET), so a filing made between 00:00 ET and 23:59 ET will be considered filed on that day. If you file after your filing deadline, late fees may incur.
When your filing deadline falls on a weekend or statutory holiday, the deadline moves to the next business day.
All public filings made during SEDAR+ hours of operation will appear immediately on the SEDAR+ web site.
