Philadelphia, Pennsylvania--(Newsfile Corp. - September 30, 2025) - National plaintiffs' law firm Berger Montague PC announces a class action lawsuit against KBR, Inc. (NYSE: KBR) ("KBR" or the "Company") on behalf of investors who acquired KBR shares during the period from May 6, 2025 through June 19, 2025 (the "Class Period").
Investor Deadline: Investors who purchased KBR securities during the Class Period may, no later than November 18, 2025, seek to be appointed as a lead plaintiff representative of the class. To learn your rights, CLICK HERE.
KBR, headquartered in Houston, is a global provider of science, technology, and engineering solutions serving both governmental and commercial clients.
According to the lawsuit, throughout the Class Period, KBR misled investors as to a Global Household Goods Contract between the U.S. Department of Defense's Transportation Command ("TRANSCOM") and HomeSafe Alliance, a joint venture in which KBR had a 72% ownership. The complaint alleges that while TRANSCOM had, for months, expressed serious concerns as to the contract, the Company publicly touted the relationship with TRANSCOM.
On June 19, 2025, HomeSafe disclosed that TRANSCOM was terminating the contract, despite HomeSafe's attempt in good faith to address delays and other challenges. On this news, KBR shares fell $3.85 per share, or 7%, to close at $48.93 on June 20.
