This is a Summary Notice. The full Court-ordered Notice may be obtained online at www.zlk.com.

The action Davy v. Paragon Coin, Inc., Case No. 4:18-cv-00671-JSW (N.D. Cal.) was filed on January 30, 2018, and has been brought by Plaintiffs Jon Holland and Astley Davy ("Plaintiffs") against Paragon Coin, Inc., Jessica VerSteeg, Egor Lavrov, Black Rabbit Holdings, Vadym Kurylovich, Eugene Chuck Bogorad, Alex Emelichev, Gareth Rhodes, and Jayceon Terrell Taylor, aka "The Game" ("Taylor") (collectively, "Defendants").

Plaintiffs allege that between August 15, 2017 through October 15, 2017 (the "Class Period"), Defendants violated the federal securities laws by engaging in the unlawful sale of unregistered securities and by making false statements concerning those securities. The alleged scheme included (1) the Defendants unlawfully offering the sale of unregistered PRG securities through Paragon's Initial Coin Offering, (2) the Defendants made numerous untrue statements which falsely mispresented the nature of Paragon Coin, Inc. and PRG in the promotion of the Paragon Coin Initial Coin Offering, and (3) the Defendants wrongfully propped-up the value of PRG through manipulative trading efforts.

On June 24, 2020, the Court ordered that this Action be certified as a class action, that Astley Davy and John Holland be appointed Class Representatives, and that Levi & Korsinsky, LLP be appointed Class Counsel, and that this Summary Notice be sent to all members of the Class.

The Court will exclude from the Class all members of the Class who wish to be excluded. To be excluded from the Class, each member must make a written request to be excluded. Such a request must contain the following information: (i) your name; (ii) your address; (iii) your telephone number; (iv) a statement confirming that you want to opt out of the class; (v) the number of PRG coins you purchased and sold during the Class Period; and (vi) the name and case number of this Action, "Davy v. Paragon Coin, Inc., et al, Case No. 4:18-cv-00671-JSW" All requests for exclusion must be sent to class counsel at the address provided below. Exclusion requests must be postmarked no later than November 2, 2020. Subject to the Court's discretion, this will be the only opportunity a Class member will have to be excluded from the Class.
