The company has entered into a letter of intent with a Canadian Licensed Producer to supply, on a long-term basis, multiple premium cannabis cultivars, which will be grown to maturity by the licensed producer.

The company is focussed on becoming a leading supplier of affordable medical cannabis through its wholly-owned subsidiary 7 Acres, a federally licensed producer of medical marijuana. 7 Acre operates a 342,000 sq. ft. hybrid greenhouse facility in Kincardine, Ontario, which combines the best technology of indoor production with the efficiencies and sustainability of a greenhouse, in a single large-format production footprint.
