The Company's flagship McIlvenna Bay deposit, located in east-central Saskatchewan, 65 kilometres west of Flin Flon, Manitoba, is one of the largest undeveloped volcanogenic massive sulphide deposits in Canada.

On November 12, 2014, Foran announced a positive Preliminary Economic Assessment Technical Report for the McIlvenna Bay deposit, which is now available for viewing on Sedar.com. The PEA, headed by JDS Energy & Mining, is centred on a 5,000 tonne per day underground mine and concentrator with a 14-year mine life.

Following the release of the PEA, analyst Stefan Ioannou of Haywood Securities, gave a target price of $0.35, a premium of 43% to the $0.25 price on November 17th, the day the report was issued.
