Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - February 24, 2015) - Salient Corporate Services Inc. (the "Company" or "Salient") announces that it has entered into agreements for the acquisition of the Boyer Lake and Brooks Lake A gold properties in Northwestern Ontario.

Boyer Lake Property

The Boyer Lake Property is comprised of six unpatented mineral claims totalling 51 units, or approximately 816 hectares, located in the Boyer Lake Area of the Kenora Mining Division, 50 kilometres south of Dryden, Ontario.

Previous work carried out by various operators on the Boyer Lake Property since the 1970s has defined the presence of altered sediments with porphyry intrusions and has identified gold occurrences in the Sunshine Lake area southwest on the property. Exploration on the adjoining properties has located gold mineralization also associated with altered sediments and porphyry intrusions.

Pursuant to a purchase option agreement the Company has the option to earn a 100% interest in the property by making staged payments totalling $96,000 over a period of 4 years to the optionor. This agreement is also subject to a 2% net smelter returns royalty with an optional buyout of 50% of the royalty (1%) for a $1,000,000 payment.

Brooks Lake A Property

The Brooks Lake A Property consists of four unpatented mineral claims encompassing approximately 992 hectares in the Brooks Lake Area of the Kenora Mining Division in Ontario, approximately 220 kilometers southeast of Winnipeg.

The Brooks Lake A Property is situated in close proximity to the Kakagi Lake area, the scene of mining exploration and discovery of gold prospects for almost a hundred years. Gold occurrences in the area are hosted by quartz veins, shears, sulphide zones and quartz porphyry dykes. Exploration work on the property was completed by a number of operators and the primary targets identified on it are greenstone-hosted quartz-carbonate vein deposits.

Salient has the option to earn a 100% interest in the property by making staged payments totalling $96,000 over a period of 4 years to the optionor, subject to a 2% net smelter returns royalty with an optional buyout of 50% of the royalty (1%) for a $1,000,000 payment.
