SKYE Brand and New Website Launch Announcement

Vancouver, British Columbia and Montreal, Quebec--(Newsfile Corp. - December 13, 2019) - Skye Life Ventures Ltd. (OTCQB: STNN) ("SKYE" or the "Company"), together with its wholly owned subsidiaries, Merritt Valley Cannabis Corporation ("MVC") and Emerald Plants Health Source (EPHS) Inc. has changed its name to Skye Life Ventures Ltd.

As a result of the announced Continuation, SKYE is now governed by its Notice of Articles and Articles under the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia) (the "BCBCA") rather than its previous Nevada Articles of Incorporation and bylaws.
