Q2 2026 Financial Results
Elliot Johnson, CEO of Bitcoin Treasury, commented, "Q2 2026 was our second consecutive quarter of Bitcoin per Share growth, achieved despite a meaningful decline in the price of Bitcoin over the first half of the year. Bitcoin per Share is how we measure value creation, and repurchasing shares through our Normal Course Issuer Bid remains a core tool for growing it. Our institutional lending business continued to expand and earn Bitcoin-denominated yield on our holdings."

Key milestones achieved during the quarter ended June 30, 2026 include:

  • On January 5, 2026, the Company commenced its Normal Course Issuer Bid ("NCIB"). During Q2 2026, the Company repurchased and cancelled 308,800 common shares under the NCIB for total consideration of $1,232,104 (82,600 shares in April at average $4.16; 75,500 shares in May at average $4.24; 150,700 shares in June at average $3.78).
  • On May 10, 2026, the Company's 50 BTC fixed-term loan to a US-based trading firm matured. On May 11, 2026, the Company entered into a new 100 BTC fixed-term loan with the same counterparty under the Master Loan Agreement dated October 20, 2025.
  • During three months ended June 30, 2026, the Company sold approximately 16.17 BTC for cash proceeds of approximately $1,579,930, primarily used to fund the NCIB share repurchase program. The Company's total Bitcoin position decreased from 771.37 BTC at December 31, 2025 to 743.84 BTC at June 30, 2026.
