("Rex") for consideration received with a value in Canadian dollars of $0.0583333 per Share and $350,000 in total. Before the disposition Bruce owned 17,733,602 Shares representing 32.65% of the outstanding Shares of Rex. After the disposition, Bruce owns 11,733,602 Shares representing 21.6% of the outstanding Shares, a decrease of 11.05%. The disposition of Shares was for personal investment balancing purposes.
