Mr. Stogner brings a track record of taking energy systems from concept to real-world deployment, with deep expertise in fuel supply strategy, system integration, and aligning cost structures with operational performance. He previously co-founded and served as President of Mainstay Fuel Technologies, where he led the commercialization of compressed natural gas (CNG) fuel systems from concept to revenue-generating operations. He currently advises commercial and industrial energy users on power sourcing, fuel logistics, and long-term energy cost optimization.

In his advisory role, Mr. Stogner will support Tersis in advancing the deployment of its SynGenic V3 platform, with a focus on aligning feedstock strategy, infrastructure buildout, and execution timelines to ensure performance under real-world operating conditions.

"As we move toward commercial deployment, our focus is not just on technology, but on delivering reliable, scalable energy systems in the field," said Antonio Uccello, Chief Executive Officer of Tersis Technologies, Inc. "The SynGenic V3 platform is designed to support approximately 1 to 4 megawatts of energy production per deployment unit, depending on feedstock mix and configuration. Achieving that level of performance requires disciplined execution across fuel supply, infrastructure, and operations. Michael brings exactly that discipline, and his involvement meaningfully reduces execution risk as we advance toward commercialization."

Mr. Stogner commented:

"Energy systems often fail not because of the core technology, but because fuel supply, cost structure, and execution are not aligned from the outset. Tersis is addressing those elements in parallel. By focusing on how systems actually perform under real operating conditions, the Company is positioning itself to move from concept to reliable, revenue-generating deployment."

Tersis' SynGenic V3 platform is designed to convert a wide range of waste feedstocks into clean energy and carbon-based products. The Company is developing a multi-revenue model around each deployment, which may include power generation, carbon-based products, and potential environmental credit streams, depending on project structure and market conditions.

The platform is being engineered for repeatable deployment, enabling projects to be structured around predictable feedstock inputs, consistent energy output, and diversified revenue potential-key factors in supporting long-term scalability and project financeability.
