Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - December 18, 2025) - Mines D'Or Orbec Inc. (TSXV: BLUE) (OTC Pink: BLTMF) ("Orbec" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) issued a final order approving the previously announced plan of arrangement under the Business Corporations Act (Ontario) (the "Arrangement") pursuant to which, among other things, IAMGOLD Corporation (NYSE: IAG) (TSX: IMG) ("IAMGOLD") will acquire all of the issued and outstanding common shares in the capital of Orbec.
Subject to the satisfaction, or waiver where permitted, of the remaining conditions to closing contained in the arrangement agreement entered into between the Company and IAMGOLD dated October 19, 2025 (the "Arrangement Agreement"), it is anticipated that the Arrangement will be completed by the parties on December 22, 2025.
