Alexandra Mendoza, the company's founder and licensed real estate broker is officially announcing the expansion of Allegiance PM.

AllegiancePM will still offer it's signature "Happiness Promise Policy" to all its clients in their new areas. Allegiance PM is proud to now provide their service and guarantee to clients in Fort Worth, TX, and the Southwest of Idaho. APM will now have physical offices in those locations.

"To our new clients in TX, and Southwest Idaho, just know that your continual happiness is our goal at APM. If you aren't happy, you can fire us and receive a full refund for that month of management fees." Says Founder Alexandra Mendoza." The Allegiance PM founder also stated, "Now we are expanding, it is a joy to know that we can help more people". Allegiance Property Management's flagship location is in Dallas, Texas, in the suburb of Garland. It launched in August 2015. The company then expanded into Boise, Idaho in the spring of 2016, where the founder Alexandra Mendoza is originally from. Now that business has continued to grow, the company is expanding its service area to include all of the DFW Metroplex and all of the Treasure Valley and Magic Valley areas of Southern Idaho.

Even with this expansion, AllegiancePM plans to maintain its personal touch by ensuring that each homeowner and tenant always have the same point of contact and receive their flagship service.
