Data Breach at Logan Health Medical Center Exposes Patient and Employee Information: Murphy Law Firm Investigates Legal Claims

On November 22, 2021, Logan Health became aware of suspicious activity on its network, including evidence of unauthorized access to one of its file servers. Following a forensic investigation, Logan Health determined that cybercriminals had infiltrated its network and gained unauthorized access to certain confidential files, which contained protected health information and other personal information relating to patients, employees, and business associates. According to forensic investigators, cybercriminals may have accessed the personal information of at least 213,543 individuals, including:

• Addresses
• Telephone numbers
• Email addresses
