The Company also stated that it "cannot predict the duration of the investigation, eventual scope, its outcome, or its impact on the company's financial results or the company's assessment of its internal control over financial reporting for prior periods."

On this news, View common shares were down $1.26 per share (or approximately 24%) to close at $3.92 per share on August 17, 2021.
