On June 15, 2021, Hindenburg Research published a report alleging the online betting company DraftKing's 2020 merger with SBTech Global has exposed the Company to black-market gaming and money laundering. Following the release of the Hindenberg report, DraftKings shares fell $2.11 per share to close at $48.51.
