Philadelphia, Pennsylvania--(Newsfile Corp. - April 28, 2021) - Berger Montague is investigating potential securities fraud claims against Amdocs Limited ("Amdocs" or the "Company") on behalf of investors who purchased Amdocs securities (NASDAQ: DOX) between December 13, 2016 and March 30, 2021 (the "Class Period").

If you purchased Amdocs securities during the Class Period, have questions concerning your rights or interests, or would like to discuss Berger Montague's investigation, please contact attorneys Andrew Abramowitz at aabramowitz@bm.net or (215) 875-3015, or Donnell Much at dmuch@bm.net or (215) 875-4667, or contact us at www.bergermontague.com/amdocs.

According to recently filed lawsuits, throughout the Class Period, Amdocs and its senior management misrepresented and/or failed to disclose that: (i) Amdocs overstated its profits, cash, and liquidity, while understating its debt; (ii) Amdocs concealed its large borrowing; and (iii) contrary to its reported results, the Company's North America business was deteriorating, in part because the Company was losing AT&T as a customer.

On March 31, 2021, Jehoshaphat Research published a report accusing Amdocs of overstating its profits and concealing its debt by manipulating its balance sheet. The report also referenced a concerning pattern of resignations by reputable auditors, who were replaced by "scandal-plagued or tiny shops." Finally, Jehoshaphat noted that, according to former employees and direct competitors of the Company, Amdocs was losing AT&T as a customer.

On this news, Amdocs shares fell $9.19 per share, or 11.58%, to close at $70.15 per share on March 31, 2021.

If you purchased Amdocs securities during the Class Period, you may seek Court appointment as lead plaintiff to represent other injured investors in a class action. The lead plaintiff appointment deadline is June 8, 2021. You do not need to be a lead plaintiff to share in any potential Class recovery.

Whistleblowers: Persons with non-public information regarding Amdocs are encouraged to confidentially assist Berger Montague's investigation or take advantage of the SEC Whistleblower program. Under this program, whistleblowers who provide original information may receive rewards totaling up to thirty percent (30%) of recoveries obtained by the SEC. For more information, contact us.
