Philadelphia, Pennsylvania--(Newsfile Corp. - March 1, 2021) - Berger Montague is investigating potential securities fraud claims against fuboTV Inc. ("fuboTV" or the "Company") on behalf of investors who purchased fuboTV securities (NYSE: FUBO) between March 23, 2020 and January 4, 2021 (the "Class Period").

If you purchased fuboTV securities during the Class Period, have questions concerning your rights or interests, or would like to discuss Berger Montague's investigation, please contact attorneys Andrew Abramowitz at aabramowitz@bm.net or (215) 875-3015, or Donnell Much at dmuch@bm.net or (215) 875-4667, or contact us at www.bergermontague.com/fubotv.

fuboTV is a multichannel video programming distributor that offers subscribers access to live sporting events, news, and entertainment through streaming devices. According to a recently filed lawsuit, throughout the Class Period, Defendants misrepresented fuboTV's financial health and performance metrics, including its prospects for entering the arena of online sports wagering.

The complaint alleges that investors learned the truth about the Company's prospects through a series of research reports beginning on December 23, 2020, which revealed, among others things, that: (i) fuboTV's subscriber growth was unsustainable; (ii) fuboTV's offering of products would be subject to cost escalation; and (iii) it could not successfully compete in its online sports wagering business.

When analysts published the true state of the Company's position, the price of fuboTV's shares plummeted 54% from a close of $52.59 on December 23, 2020 to a close of $24.24 on January 4, 2021.

If you purchased fuboTV securities during the Class Period, you may seek Court appointment as lead plaintiff to represent other injured investors in a class action. The lead plaintiff appointment deadline is April 19, 2021. You do not need to be a lead plaintiff to share in any potential Class recovery.
