Solar Integrated Roofing Signs Letter of Intent to Acquire Established HVAC Solutions Provider

El Cajon, California--(Newsfile Corp. - November 10, 2020) - Solar Integrated Roofing Corp. (OTC Pink: SIRC), an integrated, single- source solar power and roofing systems installation company, announced today that it has signed a non- binding Letter of Intent (LOI) to acquire a California-based provider of Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) solutions to residential and commercial properties.

The target company is a leader in HVAC installation in California with over 15 years of experience. The company has an extensive new product line including an Ultraviolet (UV) lighting system that can be installed within heating and cooling systems, sanitizing air as it passes through the filter system. The system is expected to kill certain airborne pathogens that transmit illnesses, such as COVID-19.
