1169077 B.C. Ltd. Announces Completion of Share Split

Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - October 8, 2020) - 1169077 B.C. Ltd. ("077BC" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has completed the previously announced share split of its common shares.

In furtherance of the 2 for 1 split, Company's common shareholders of record as of the end of business day on October 2, 2020 (the "Record Date") have been issued an additional common share for each common share of the Company they held on the Record Date. The additional shares have been issued effective October 6, 2020. Affected shareholders will not need to return any of their shares with respect of the transaction and will be receiving their shares and related information through the Company's transfer agent. No change has been made to the Company's CUSIP or ISIN as a result of the share split. The total issued and outstanding number of common shares of the Company post-consolidation is 17,004,208.
