1169077 B.C. Ltd. Announces Share Split

Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - October 2, 2020) -  1169077 B.C. Ltd. ("077BC" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it will undertake a share split of its common shares.

The share split will be a 2 for 1 split whereby shareholders of record holding common shares in the Company as of the end of business day on October 2, 2020 will receive one additional share for each of their then existing common share to be issued effective October 6, 2020. Affected shareholders will not need to return any of their shares with respect of the transaction and will receive further instructions and updates through the Company and/or the transfer agent. No change will be made to the Company's CUSIP or ISIN as a result of the share split.
