Global SeaFarms Corporation Announces Results of Annual General Meeting

Montreal, Quebec--(Newsfile Corp. - June 28, 2013) - Global SeaFarms Corporation (CNSX: GSF) ("GSF" or the "Company") announces that all matters put forward to the shareholders for approval at its Annual General Meeting held on June 28 in Montreal were passed with significant shareholder support.

At the AGM the following individuals were elected as directors of the Company; Cameron McDonald, Robert Boisjoli, Tom Kaneb, Alvin Schacter and Jose Ramon Rodriguez.

The shareholders further appointed Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton as the auditors for the fiscal year ended December 2013 and the directors were authorized to determine the remuneration to be paid to the auditors.
