Global SeaFarms Corporation Announces Closing of First Tranche of Private Placement

Montreal, Quebec--(Newsfile Corp. - June 4, 2014) - Global SeaFarms Corporation (CSE: GSF) ("GSF" or the "Company") announces that is closed on the date hereof the first tranche of its previously announced private placement of Class A shares for gross proceeds of $433,258.00. The shares were offered to investors at $0.09 each. Concurrently the Company also converted $85,701.0 of certain outstanding liabilities into shares on the same basis.

The shares issued by the Company are subject to a four-month plus one day statutory resale restriction.
