Canada Health Infoway is a federally-funded, independent, not-for-profit organization, which is leading the development and implementation of electronic health projects across Canada. Click4Time's success was clearly demonstrated at the busy Massage and Therapy Centre in Vancouver, B.C. Before using Click4Time, the Centre used an appointment book, and without a receptionist, relied on their answering machine to record appointment requests. Utilizing the new software, patients can now book appointments at any time from their computer or mobile device, receive automated email or text reminders, can reschedule and auto-sync with their personal calendars, and have quick access to service descriptions and practitioner's bios.

After 10 months, the number of practitioners grew from 18 to 23, and the number of clients grew from 1,800 to 2,668, with 1,362 or 51% booking online. The increase in appointment bookings, which was attributed to Click4Time's integrated marketing software, was so significant that the Centre imposed a limit on how far in advance clients could book.
