OCAL Financial Launches Redesigned Website Built for Car Buyers and Investors

New ocalfinancial.ca puts approval-first financing, dealer bidding for trade-ins and investor information in one place

Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - September 3, 2026) - OCAL Financial Inc. (TSXV: OCAL) ("OCAL" or the "Company") today announced the launch of its redesigned website at www.ocalfinancial.ca, built to serve the two audiences the Company now speaks to every day: Canadians who want to finance and buy a vehicle without visiting a dealership, and investors following OCAL as a newly listed public company.

The new site is organized around the way OCAL actually works. A customer starts with financing rather than a vehicle. The Get Approved section walks through a short application, uses a soft credit check that does not affect the customer's credit score, and connects the customer with one OCAL specialist who handles the file from application through approval, vehicle selection and delivery to the customer's door. The site also includes a payment calculator, current information on loan rates, and a plain-language section for buyers with bad or limited credit.

A Sell Your Car section lets owners list a vehicle in about two minutes and receive bids from licensed dealerships within 24 hours. The owner reviews the offers, accepts or declines, and OCAL arranges pickup from the owner's home with payment by electronic transfer. Listing is free with no obligation, and the seller never has to meet a private buyer.

For investors, a new Investor Relations section brings together OCAL's news releases, its corporate presentation and fact sheet, links to the Company's filings on SEDAR+ and to its TSX Venture Exchange and Frankfurt Stock Exchange listings, and a direct investor contact.

The site reflects OCAL's current footprint. The Company is licensed in British Columbia and Alberta, with offices in Vancouver and Edmonton, and the service-area pages set out how OCAL serves each province. Manitoba and Ontario are identified as the next planned markets, subject to the required licences and approvals.

The website is where most of OCAL's customers first meet the Company. Because OCAL operates remotely and has no lot for customers to visit, the site carries the job a showroom does for a traditional dealer: explaining how the process works, setting expectations on rates and payments, and starting the application. A clearer site is expected to bring in better-qualified applications and to make it easier for customers to understand what they are agreeing to before they sign, which is consistent with how the Company approaches disclosure.

"Most of our customers meet us on their phone, not on a lot, so the website has to do the job a showroom does for a traditional dealer, and do it better," said Mehdi Moghareh, Chief Executive Officer of OCAL. "The new site shows people exactly how approval-first car buying works, lets them start in a few minutes, and gives sellers a fair way to get dealer bids without the hassle of a private sale."

"As a public company we owe investors the same clarity we give customers," said Matthew Friesen, Chairman of OCAL. "The investor section puts our news, filings and presentations in one place, and it will grow as the Company does."
