(CSE: APPT) (OTCQB: ESVNF) (the "Company" or "Apptly"), operator of the UberDoc direct-pay healthcare marketplace, today announced that it has been approved to trade on the OTCQB Venture Market ("OTCQB") in the United States under the symbol "ESVNF", effective September 2, 2026. The Company also confirms that its common shares are eligible for electronic clearing and settlement through the Depository Trust Company ("DTC").

Together, the OTCQB listing and DTC eligibility are expected to improve liquidity and visibility among US investors as the Company broadens its shareholder base.
