Dover, Delaware--(Newsfile Corp. - September 1, 2026) -  PostPlanify, a social media management platform for agencies, has launched an AI social media manager that allows agencies to manage client accounts directly through AI assistants. Instead of moving between an AI chat and a separate social media dashboard, agencies can now connect their AI assistant to PostPlanify and ask it to carry out the work directly in each client account.

The new capability is powered by PostPlanify's integration with Model Context Protocol (MCP), an open standard that allows AI assistants to securely connect with external software and take actions on a user's behalf. The connection reaches across the platform, from publishing through analytics to client reporting.

For example, an agency can ask an AI assistant to schedule a client's posts for the coming week, show what content is already queued, summarize recent performance or reschedule upcoming posts.

"AI can already write a caption in seconds, but agencies still have to take that output and manually turn it into work," said Hasan Cagli, founder of PostPlanify. "We wanted to close that gap. An agency should be able to tell its AI assistant what it wants done for a client and have the scheduling, analytics or reporting happen directly through PostPlanify."

PostPlanify organizes each client into a separate workspace with its own social accounts, content calendar, knowledge base and activity. Agencies can also use white-label client dashboards, while the AI connection works with the information inside each workspace so assistants have the context they need to understand and manage each client.

The integration supports social media scheduling and management across ten major social networks, on a platform used by more than 2,600 businesses and agencies in over thirty countries.

The company plans to continue expanding its AI social media management capabilities as agencies increasingly use AI assistants as part of their day-to-day client workflows.
