New York, New York--(Newsfile Corp. - August 21, 2026) - Scott+Scott Attorneys at Law LLP ("Scott+Scott"), an international shareholder and consumer rights litigation firm, has filed a securities class action lawsuit in the United States District Court for the Southern District of California against AEVEX Corp. ("Aevex" or the "Company") (NYSE: AVEX), certain of the Company's directors and officers, and underwriters of the Company's initial public offering ("IPO"), alleging violations of §§11, 12, 15 of the Securities Act of 1933 and §§10(b) and 20(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. If you purchased or acquired Aevex's publicly traded Class A common stock between April 17, 2026 and June 4, 2026, inclusive (the "Class Period"), or pursuant or traceable to the registration statement and prospectus (the "IPO Offering Documents") issued in connection with Aevex's April 17, 2026 IPO, you are encouraged to contact Scott+Scott attorney Mandeep S. LEAD PLAINTIFF DEADLINE ON OCTOBER 20, 2026

Aevex is a military technology contractor. It designs and manufactures unmanned aerial and surface vehicles and provides AI-enabled intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance services.

According to the complaint filed in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California and captioned Rosenberg v. Aevex Corp., Case No. 3:26-cv-04779, Aevex, certain of the Company's directors and officers, and underwriters of the IPO made materially false and misleading statements and omissions about the pre-arranged plan to waive the 180-day lock-up period. When the market learned the truth in June 2026, Aevex's stock suffered a steep decline.

LEAD PLAINTIFF DEADLINE ON OCTOBER 20, 2026

If you purchased or otherwise acquired Aevex common stock during the Class Period or pursuant or traceable to the IPO, and were damaged thereby, you are a member of the "Class" and may be able to seek appointment as lead plaintiff.

If you wish to apply to be lead plaintiff, a motion on your behalf must be filed with the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California no later than October 20, 2026. The lead plaintiff is a court-appointed representative for absent class members of the Class. You do not need to seek appointment as lead plaintiff to share in any Class recovery in the Class Action. If you are a Class member and there is a recovery for the Class, you can share in that recovery as an absent Class member.

If you wish to apply to be lead plaintiff, please contact attorney Mandeep S. Minhas at (888) 398-9312 or at mminhas@scott-scott.com.

What Can You Do?

You may contact an attorney to discuss your rights regarding the appointment of lead plaintiff or your interest in the Class Action. You may retain counsel of your choice to represent you in the Class Action.
