Curiel most recently served as chief executive officer and general manager of Eco Management Systems, a full-service commercial and residential EPC contractor licensed in multiple states. In that role, he oversaw construction operations, field execution, contractor management, permitting workflows, installation quality and multi-market deployment strategy.

Under Curiel's leadership, Eco Management Systems expanded its EPC operations across Arizona, California, Illinois and Texas, supporting both residential and commercial solar programs. His experience includes installer network development, construction-phase risk management, project financial controls, quality assurance, safety compliance and customer-facing project execution.

As chief construction officer, Curiel will oversee TAG's national and international EPC operations, including installer network management, construction standards, deployment readiness, installation throughput, licensing strategy, contractor performance and integration of new EPC partners across TAG's expanding distribution and financing platform.
