GC-Global Capital Corp. Announces Changes to Its Board of Directors

Toronto, Canada--(Newsfile Corp. - September 6, 2012) - GC-Global Capital Corp. (GDE.A:TSXV) ("Global Capital" or “the Company”) is pleased to announce that Mr. Alec Regis has joined as a member of the board of directors of Global Capital as well as a member of the Company’s audit committee, governance committee, compensation committee and independence committee commencing immediately. Based in Toronto, Mr. Regis is presently the asset manager at StoneCap Realty Partners Inc. StoneCap Realty Partners manages on behalf of its institutional clients, multi-family real estate holdings, retail investments and purpose built student housing properties located in major Canadian markets including the Greater Toronto Area, Edmonton and Montreal. Mr. Regis’ appointment to the board is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.

The Company also announces that effective September 6, 2012 Mr. Phil Marleau has resigned from the Board of Directors. Mr. Marleau first joined the Board in 2007.
