Canadian Securities Exchange Welcomes Listing of TempraMed Technologies Ltd.

Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - October 15, 2025) - The Canadian Securities Exchange ("CSE" or "the Exchange") today welcomed the listing of TempraMed Technologies Ltd. ("TempraMed" or the "Company"). The Company, based in Israel, recently completed a C$7.4 million private placement qualifying the issuance of approximately 51.7 million common shares. The common shares were listed for trading today on the CSE under the ticker symbol VIVI.
