StableView Asset Management Inc. Acquires Securities of UpSnap, Inc.

Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - October 13, 2016) - StableView Asset Management Inc. ("StableView"), announces that on February 6, 2014 it acquired 20,504,329 common shares ("Shares") of UpSnap, Inc. ("UpSnap") under a brokered private placement at a price of $0.05 per Share ("February Shares"), on March 30, 2015 it acquired 1,175,000 Shares of UpSnap on the public market at a price of $0.0201 per Share ("March Shares"), and on September 11, 2015 it acquired 12,944,536 units of UpSnap under a brokered private placement at a price of $0.025 per unit with each unit consisting of one Share ("September Shares") and one half of one share purchase warrant ("September Warrants").

Immediately before acquiring February Shares, StableView held 1.34% of the Shares of UpSnap. After acquiring February Shares, StableView held 12.733% of the Shares of UpSnap. After acquiring March Shares, StableView held 15.36% of the Shares of UpSnap. After acquiring September Shares, Stableview held 17.87% of the Shares of UpSnap. StableView's total Share holdings in UpSnap is 17.44%.

StableView acquired and holds Shares in UpSnap for investment purposes and may, depending on market and other conditions, increase or decrease its control of securities.
