Prodigy Ventures Inc. Cancels Previously Issued Options

Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - September 29, 2015) - Prodigy Ventures Inc. (TSXV: PGV) (the "Corporation") today announced that it has cancelled the options issued on September 22, 2015. The options were issued subject to receipt of regulatory approval and, given the limited trading in the Corporation's common shares since the completion of its qualifying transaction, the TSX Venture Exchange has indicated that the pricing of such options cannot yet be set. Once additional trading has occurred and/or more time has passed the Corporation will review the issuance of options with the TSX Venture Exchange and will issue a further press release when options are able to be granted.
