Calgary, Alberta--(Newsfile Corp. - August 19, 2015) - CanAm Coal Corp. (NEX: COE.H) ("CanAm" or the "Company") announces that the Company's shares have been transferred from Tier 2 of the TSX Venture Exchange ("TSXV") to the NEX Board ("NEX") as a result of its inability to meet the Tier 2 Continued Listing Requirements of the TSXV. Trading in the shares of the Company will remain suspended.
