On March 22, 2023, the Court issued an Order denying Defendants' Motion to Dismiss.
Current Redwire shareholders who have held Redwire shares via the Genesis Park Acquisition Corp. SPAC since before March 25, 2021, can seek corporate reforms, the return of funds spent defending litigation back to the company, and a court approved incentive award, at no cost to them.
