S2K Capital Corp. Acquires Shares of 1317223 B.C. Ltd.

Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - April 14, 2023) - S2K Capital Corp. ("S2K") announced today that they had acquired an aggregate of 750,000 common shares ("Common Shares") of 1317223 B.C. Ltd. ("223" or, the "Corporation"). S2K acquired the securities on April 12, 2023 pursuant to the closing of a private placement of 750,000 Common Shares of the Corporation at a purchase price of $0.0001 per Common Share for gross proceeds of $75.00 (the "Acquisition").

Prior to the Acquisition, S2K held nil Common Shares, representing 0% of the Corporation's 4,625,000 issued and outstanding Common Shares. As a result of the Acquisition, S2K now has beneficial ownership of an aggregate of 750,000 Common Shares, representing approximately 16.216% of the Corporation's 4,625,000 issued and outstanding Common Shares.

S2K acquired the securities under the offering for private investment purposes and may increase or decrease their beneficial ownership or control over securities of 223 as circumstances or market conditions warrant.
