Pioneering Launches New SmartBurner to U.S Consumer Market at National Hardware Show in Las Vegas

(TSXV: PTE) (OTC: PTEFF), ("Pioneering"), an "energy smart" product innovation/consumer goods company and North America's leader in cooking fire prevention technologies, announced today the launch of its new SmartBurner product to the U.S. consumer retail market at the National Hardware Show in Las Vegas Nevada May 5-7^th.

The National Hardware Show is the largest show of its kind in the world featuring over 2,500 exhibitors and attended by the biggest retailers in North America.

SmartBurner is the new easy to install (in seconds) version of the Company's Safe-T-element temperature limiting control technology that has enjoyed success in the commercial business to business channel for years. This new consumer version was engineered to not only help prevent cooking fires and reduce energy consumption it was also designed to enhance the aesthetics of any kitchen, provide a better cooking experience and is easier to clean and maintain.

Pioneering's SmartBurner product will be featured in the Inventor's Spotlight section centrally located on the show floor in the center hall - Booth #2555 and in the New Product World exhibit area. The Inventor's spotlight section gives the home improvement/DIY community an inside look at what may be the next big product to help revolutionize the home improvement industry.
