RIWI Grants New Stock Options

Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - January 16, 2023) - RIWI Corp. (TSXV: RIWI) (OTC Pink: RWCRF) (the "Company" or "RIWI"), a global trend-tracking and prediction technology firm, has granted an aggregate of 542,920 stock options ("Options") to certain executives of the Company pursuant to the Company's stock option plan. The Options are exercisable at a price of CAD$0.64 per share, expire on January 10, 2028, and will vest 25% on each of the following dates: January 10, 2024; January 10, 2025; January 10, 2026; and January 10, 2027.
