Syncordia Technologies and Healthcare Solutions, Inc. ('Syncordia') Completes the Acquisition of Paragon Billing LLC ('Paragon')

Toronto, Canada & Wilmington, USA & Dublin, Ireland--(Newsfile Corp. - April 24, 2015) - Syncordia has acquired Paragon, a Minneapolis, MN based technology enhanced revenue cycle management ("RCM") company with a focus on mental and behavioral health. Paragon software is ONC, The Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology, certified and provides billing and patient scheduling capabilities to its many clients.

National Bank Financial Inc. acted as lead agent in connection with the private placement of Series B Preferred Shares for the acquisition of Paragon. Debt financing for the transaction was led by Deans Knight Capital Management Limited of Vancouver, BC.
