CSE Bulletin: Name Change, Consolidation and Symbol Change - Inactive Designation - Gravitas Financial Inc. (GFI)

Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - Le 3 octobre/October 2022) - Gravitas Financial Inc. (the “Issuer”) has announced a name and symbol change to New Frontier Ventures Inc. (VFI.X) and a consolidation of its issued and outstanding common shares on the basis of one (1) post-consolidated common share for every twenty-five (25) pre-consolidated common shares.

As a result, the outstanding shares of the Issuer will be reduced to approximately 2,904,082 common shares.

The shares will begin trading on a consolidated basis and with a new name, symbol and CUSIP number on October 4, 2022.

The Issuer has not met the continued listing requirements as set out in CSE Policy 2, Appendix A section 2.9. In accordance with Policy 3, section 5.1, the .X extension is added to the symbol. The Issuer will be subject to the restrictions set out in Policy 6 section 2.4.

Please note that all open orders will be cancelled at the close of business on October 3, 2022. Dealers are reminded to re-enter their orders taking into account the share consolidation.

(VFI.X) et une consolidation de ses actions ordinaires émises et en circulation sur la base d'une (1) action ordinaire post-consolidée action pour chaque vingt-cinq (25) actions ordinaires pré-regroupées.

Par conséquent, les actions en circulation de l'Émetteur seront réduites à environ 2 904 082 actions ordinaires.

L'émetteur n'a pas satisfait aux exigences d'inscription continue énoncées dans la politique 2 du CSE, annexe A, section 2.9. Conformément à la politique 3, section 5.1, l'extension .X est ajoutée au symbole. L'Émetteur sera soumis aux restrictions énoncées dans la Politique 6 section 2.4.

Veuillez noter que toutes les commandes en cours seront annulées à la fermeture des bureaux le 3 octobre 2022. Nous rappelons aux concessionnaires de saisir à nouveau leurs commandes en tenant compte du regroupement des actions.
