(TSXV: TG.H) today announced that chief financial officer Hugh Oswald resigned effective October 20, 2014 to pursue another opportunity at a technology company and his Investor Relations Business. The Company will commence the process of conducting a search for a new chief financial officer and expects to announce a succession plan on or before his resignation date.
