PK Beans Provides Comments on Recent Promotional and Marketing Activity

Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - March 3, 2022) - Peekaboo Beans Inc. (CSE: BEAN) (OTC Pink: PBBSF) ("PK Beans" or the "Company") at the request of IIROC is providing additional comments to its news release dated March 3, 2022, with respect to the Company's feature in the Financial Post.

The feature was sponsored content by Market One Media Group Inc. ("Market One"), a content creation and marketing firm that was hired by PK Beans to build awareness of the Company and its products. Market One was paid $110,000 for its services as a content producer and marketing company. The services are not limited to the sponsored content in the Financial Post discussed in our March 3, 2022 news release, and include a range of content, both print and video, as well as distribution over social media and analytics reporting. The duration of the agreement with Market One is for 12 months, and the services began in November 2021.

Further, the Company does not make any express or implied claims that its securities, business, or products will achieve the success and popularity of Disney, Harry Potter, or Lululemon. The Company is an online retailer of children's apparel, which is in the process of broadening the range of its offerings. PK Beans revenues, operations, and products are not comparable to the revenues, operations, and products of the aforementioned businesses and brands.
