Additional Expenses
All out of pocket expenses are additional to service fees. They include, but are not limited to such expenses as banking charges, couriers, and formatting charges. SEDAR requirements state that all fees associated with a particular filing must be submitted electronically at the time of submission. In order to meet this requirement, unless suitable arrangements are in place, each filing request must be accompanied by a cheque covering all fees payable to CDS(SEDAR) Inc., the Provincial Securities Commissions, and the Market Centres.
