Deveron Announces Option Grant

Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - January 15, 2021) -  Deveron Corp. (TSXV: FARM) ("Deveron" or the "Company") a leading agriculture digital services and analytics provider in North America, is pleased to announce that it has granted an aggregate of 1,225,000 options to purchase common shares of the Company exercisable at a price of $0.43 per common share and expiring on January 15, 2024, to officers, directors and employees of the Company. The common shares issuable upon exercise of the options are subject to a four-month hold period from the original date of grant.
