The LOI contemplates assessing synergies for potential collaboration and/or a joint venture.

Esportz Network, one of the largest dedicated Esports news organizations with over 90 freelance reporters provides global coverage for a wide variety of Esports titles and covers professional Esports leagues, teams, and athletes in a manner that has never been done before.
