Maxtech, an investment company, currently holds a number of mining related assets. The investments include a 100% interest in an iron ore project in India. The company has a Reconnaissance Permit to explore for iron, gold and platinum group elements, base metals, uranium and diamonds, on this property.
The company also has a 5,800 hectare property in the Abitibi region of Quebec, upon which a NI 43-101 report dated September 2011, has recommended a two phase work program on the gold and base metals project.
In British Columbia, the company holds a 53% interest in privately held Emerging Minerals, which in turn holds the Julia Claims, a gold project covering a total of 2,300 hectares within the Atlin Mining District.

Maxtech does not intend to implement any work programs on its mining projects and is attempting to either find others that may be interested in developing these assets, or alternatively may consider selling the properties.
Over the next 12 months, Maxtech intends to focus its efforts on real estate related investments in the United States, and has identified a number of properties in the Sacramento Valley that are potentially suitable for grape growing.
