The company is currently focusing on conducting an exploration program on the Lucky Mine Project located in the Nicola Mining Division, approximately 26 kilometres north of Merritt, British Columbia.
The company has an option to acquire a 100% interest in 22 contiguous mineral claims comprising an aggregate of 4,003 hectares.
To exercise the option, the company must pay $55,000 in cash, issue 100,000 shares to the optionor, and incur a minimum of $900,000 in exploration expenditures.
The property has been subject to various work over the years, with various assessment reports reflecting three strongly mineralized areas suggestive of a porphyry deposit at depths. For more information on the property, please refer to the NI 43-101 filed on Sedar.com.
The shares are currently trading at $0.15, and with 11.3 million shares outstanding, the company is capitalized at $1.7 million.
