Sangoma Files Preliminary Base Shelf Prospectus
Markham, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - June 15, 2020) - Sangoma Technologies Corporation (TSXV: STC) ("Sangoma" or the "Company"), a trusted leader in delivering Unified Communications solutions, both in the cloud and on-premises, and the provider of the two most widely used open source communications software products in the world, today announced that it has filed a preliminary short form base shelf prospectus with the securities regulatory authorities in each of the provinces of Canada.
The base shelf prospectus, when made final, will allow Sangoma to qualify the distribution by way of prospectus in Canada of up to C$150,000,000 of common shares, debt securities, warrants, subscription receipts, units, or any combination thereof, during the 25-month period that the base shelf prospectus is effective. The specific terms of any offering under the base shelf prospectus will be established in a prospectus supplement, which will be filed with the applicable Canadian securities regulatory authorities in connection with any such offering.
