Shareholders Approve All Resolutions at Aurania's Annual and Special Meeting

(TSXV: ARU) (OTCQB: AUIAF) (FSE: 20Q) ("Aurania" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that its shareholders have approved all resolutions at its Annual and Special Meeting (the "Meeting") which was held on June 10, 2020.
At the Meeting, shareholders approved the financial statements for the year-ended December 31, 2019 and the report of the auditors thereon, the appointment of auditors, election of directors and the Company's incentive stock option plan for the upcoming year. Correction to February 28, 2020 Press Release
The Company wishes to correct an error made in its press release dated February 28, 2020. The cash compensation paid to finders for their assistance with the first tranche of the private placement of units of the Company at C$3.10 per unit that closed on February 28, 2020 was incorrectly reported as C$604 instead of the correct amount of $C2,604.
