(TSX: THO) (NYSE: TAHO) is pleased to announce that it has received the Escobal exploitation license from Guatemala's Ministry of Energy and Mines. Construction activities remain on-budget and on-schedule for mill commissioning in the second half of 2013 and commercial production in early 2014.
