Niagara Falls, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - July 15, 2019) - EnerDynamic Hybrid Technologies Corp. (TSXV: EHT) ("EHT") is pleased to provide this shareholder update on current, ongoing and new projects we are working on.

Current Projects

Brock University

We completed this project (see the link below) in the last week; we anticipate further orders to come using our Enertec technology in the near future.

North Bay Project

Since the delivery of our grow unit to North Bay, we have now started discussions with the Government of Canada regarding working with them and Canadore College on the Sustainable Food Initiative for the Northern Communities. We look to do a pilot project in the near future, and will update as things move forward. See link below for images of our North Bay test facility.

Cannabis Grow Project

We have a test unit now (in its first grow cycle) on an approved medical marijuana grow facility. We are seeing excellent growth of the plants using our Enertec wall system and Growratio's lighting technology. We will keep you posted on the results as they come available. Please see link below for images.

Pakistan House Project

The pilot house is now ready to ship; we had to make a lot of changes to the design after the visit of Ahmad's CEO in late April, as previously announced. We look forward to start building the first test house in Lahore, Pakistan in early October. Please see link below.

New Projects

Energia

Energia Power Solutions LLC, the distributor that we signed a distribution agreement with early this year, has placed their first PO for a special power wagon that will be utilized in emergency situations for backup power and water purification. This is the prototype and, once delivered to them, they anticipate placing future orders to us to follow.

Northern Shield

We have completed the engineering phase. We will start next week to build the first unit. We anticipate this will take us about 2 weeks. Once complete and approved by Northern Shield, we will start on the first 100 units they require.

Ongoing Projects

Bahamas - Jack's Bay

House design is now complete and we are preparing for production to build and ship the first house. We have been delayed due to issues with the registration of title to the lot and the developer getting a first mortgage on the property. This we are told is not a unusual for the Bahamas. We are told this should soon be completed, and we will be able to proceed in August.

Puerto Rico

We have received confirmation that the first 100 "Maria" houses will be ordered and deposits paid now the relief funds are moving from the US Government. We are told to expect this in August. We will update when the deposits have arrived.

Ghana

All the projects in Ghana are moving forward. We wish they had moved a little quicker but these are some of the challenges that Africa brings. We will meet next week with all the relevant Ghanaian government officials at the Ghana-Canada Summit taking place in Vancouver. We hope this will help get our projects moving much quicker.

Ivory Coast

We are looking to start this project, as press released earlier this year, in the fall. We will be making a site visit in late August to see the progress that has been made. We will update after that visit.

Burkina Faso

We are continuing to monitor the volatile situation in the country. While we understand that the political climate has not currently improved since our last update, we will have meetings with our partner in Ivory Coast when we visit western Africa in late August.

John Gamble, CEO of EHT, commented "We are very pleased with these updates and the traction that our Enertec product is receiving in the marketplace. We have some great opportunities in front of us and we intend to capitalize on these as we move forward."

About EnerDynamic Hybrid Technologies

EHT delivers proprietary, turn-key energy solutions which are intelligent, bankable and sustainable. EHT's expertise includes the development of its ENERTEC module structures with full integration of smart energy solutions. Using a proprietary skin and foam core that is stronger than traditional wood or steel structural insulated panels, EHT provides exceptional thermal energy efficiency in modular homes, cold storage facilities, residential/commercial out buildings and emergency/temporary shelters. EHT works with its partners worldwide to erect the buildings on-site utilizing EHT staff and local crews. In addition to traditional support to established electrical networks, ENERTEC buildings excel where no electrical grid exists.

About ENERTEC

The EHT advanced ENERTEC Modular Wall and Roof System uses a proprietary skin and foam core that is stronger and more energy efficient than traditional wood or steel structures providing the highest ratings for energy efficiency. EHT works with its partners worldwide to erect the buildings on-site utilizing EHT staff and local crews. After installation, each structure can be furnished and finished to meet the customer's requirements including siding, tile, kitchens and bathrooms or segregated commercial rooms. The finished wall product can be shipped on pallets and delivered via rail, truck or water in standard formats.

At the core of the ENERTEC product line is the ENERTEC Embedded Solar Roof Module. Solar cells can be embedded in a proprietary fire proof skin resulting in substantial cost savings by eliminating heavy glass panels and aluminum racking required for traditional solar panels. Two barriers to greater adoption of solar energy are weight limitations of the roof on which solar panels could be deployed and onerous shipping and labour costs. A lighter product at a better price point will open a larger market for solar due to the faster return of capital investment especially for rural and remote users looking to go off-grid. Furthermore, the entire EHT embedded solar roof becomes a massive solar panel capable of producing significantly more energy than the home requires, allowing the structure to then become an important source of power for the local micro grid or large battery storage systems.
